King Rampus (キングランパス is a Kinguranpasu)Shachihoko kaiju that first appeared in the 2006 Amapro short film Golden Sachi Monster King Rampus.
Name
TBA
Design
King Rampus strongly resembles the Shachihoko statues, specifically those adorning Nagoya Castle where Golden Sachi Monster King Rampus was filmed. His tail fin especially resembles the statues. He is covered in angular, pointed armor, giving his head a rectangular appearance. King Rampus' eyes are huge, though his pupils are small, and are situated just behind his mouth. He has small, conical teeth and a prominent overbite. During daytime shots and on the film's poster, King Rampus is completely blue, but during night scenes and in publicity photos his body is red. Additionally, King Rampus' eyes glow white at night. King Rampus grows four stubby legs beneath his body to walk on land.
Personality
Despite his presence prompting the arrival of a member of an anti-kaiju group, Maidroid Mina, King Rampus isn't aggressive unless prompted. During both initial attempts by Mina and the janitor to catch him using a fishing net, when grounded on land, King Rampus simply uses his tri-phibian to escape back to the water. King Rampus is shown to be really protective of food, protecting the meat originally used as bait against his enemy Dengu who attacked him first and tried to eat it for himself. After destroying his enemy, King Rampus simply flies away.

- King Rampus' fish-like body covered in segmented armor, high dorsal spikes, and blue daytime color scheme bears some resemblance to the Gamera kaiju Zigra.
