JJ-23 is a robot who first appeared in the third special episode of the web series Godziban, "Lullaby of the Skies". A friendly and heroic robot, JJ-23 exists to go out of his way to assist those in need and protect them if necessary from villains such as Gabara or the Xilien Lei Lei using his size-changing abilities though his incomplete programming can lead to him making mistakes.
Name
JJ-23's name is derived from both Jet Jaguar, who he is based on and strongly resembles, and the number 23, a pun on nii-san as the character takes on a protective big brother role for Minilla and Little. In-universe, 23 is simply his serial number.

Personality
JJ-23 is a heroic robot much like Jet Jaguar whose mission is to help those in need. However, though he attempts to do his best to help others, his electronic brain is somewhat incomplete and this can lead to him carrying out orders incorrectly or being tricked by bullies like Gabara.

"Cool Brother JJ"
JJ-23 appeared when Minilla was struggling to collect a coconut from a tree and asked him if he required assistance, introducing himself as JJ-23 and stating his mission is to help those in need. Minilla asked if he could get a coconut and so JJ-23 grow massive to simply grab the coconut with ease, handing it to Minilla and then leaving as quickly as he had appeared though quickly returned to crack the coconut so Minilla could drink from it. He stepped on it but completely smashed it flat in the process, saddening Minilla though JJ did not understand and flew away after Minilla said it was alright. JJ-23 reappeared once again and Minilla asked for another coconut, with JJ briefly being confused until his control overrode him and made him collect another coconut which he attempted to smash once again but Minilla told him to wait. Miyarabi suddenly appeared and smashed the coconut herself, confusing JJ-23 until he then realized that he had been smashing the coconuts wrong and left happily as a result.
"Champion of Justice, Brother JJ"
JJ-23 appeared as Gabara was bullying Minilla once again and asked Gabara to return Minilla's pineapple to him when he learnt what the situation was. Gabara refused to do so and attempted to trick JJ-23 into thinking what belonged to Minilla belonged to him, briefly convincing JJ-23 until Minilla pointed out this trickery. JJ-23 confronted Gabara once again and Gabara insulted him in return, angering JJ to the point of growing in size at which point he grabbed Gabara with a single hand and held him in the air. Gabara dropped the pineapple and struggled in the air though Minilla was able to convince JJ he'd done enough and so JJ dropped him right onto the pineapple by accident. JJ flew away as Minilla suddenly realized the pineapple has been smashed but decided it would still be nice even if it was smushed, ultimately letting some crawl form Destoroyah feed on it as Miyarabi arrived with two pineapples.
"Napping Monsters: All Monsters Attack Edition"
After Lei Lei kidnapped Godzilla-kun, Anguirus, Baragon, Rodan and Gorosaurus, JJ-23 chased after her through space to rescue them.
"Beat Space and the Future!"
JJ-23 appeared in Minilla's dream, defending him and Radon from the Dorats before being destroyed by a gravity beam when chasing after Lei Lei's UFO. After Godzilla-kun, Anguirus and Rodan were able to send King Ghidorah, Monster Zero and Monster Zero's master Lei Lei into retreat, JJ-23 met up with Minilla and the two of them admired a rainbow that had appeared following the victory, with JJ-23 memorizing the phrase "The rainbow is pretty!" after Minilla pointed it out.

Size changing
JJ-23 can grow in size by will and often uses this ability when helping others such as when he easily collected a coconut from a tree.
Flight
JJ-23 is capable of flight, using this ability to appear to those in need and then leave when his mission is complete. He is even capable of flying through outer space, as seen in special episode 9.
