Radon and Rodan

Radon (ラドン) and his big brother Rodan (ロダン) are characters featured in the 2019 web series Godziban, specifically its Go! Go! Godzilla-kun segments.
Name
Radon's name is simply the Japanese name for the character Rodan, upon which he is based. Conversely, his brother's name is the English name for the character. Prior to his hatching, Radon was called Eggy (タマゴくん Tamago-kun, lit. "Mr. Egg") by Minilla.
Design
Both Radon and Rodan are modeled after the Showa Rodan. As such, they are brown pterosaurs with large wings at their sides, spikes on their chests, two horns on the back of their heads, and flat fan-shaped tails. Radon, being an infant, is much smaller than his brother and has undeveloped horns on the back of his head and a shorter beak. Radon has a piece of his eggshell still covering his lower body, resembling a diaper. Rodan resembles the character's design from Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster, with developed horns on the back of his head and small spikes on his cheeks. Rodan has a yellow beak, whereas his younger brother's is a light brown color.

As the episode concluded, Rodan was heard screeching and his shadow appeared as he flew overhead.
"Fly to the Cliff!"
Anguirus spoke to Godzilla-kun, Minilla and Little about a strange egg he found on top of a cliff and they agreed to investigate it, following Anguirus to the location. The four arrived at the cliff and realized it was higher than they expecting but still decided to climb it though their initial attempts end in failure, with Anguirus disappearing into the distance after uncontrollably rolling in a ball. The Three Godzilla Brothers then rethought their strategy and Godzilla-kun used a palm tree to successfully launch Minilla and Little towards the cliff. However, a rockslide then occurred and Minilla fell off the cliff while holding the egg though thankfully landed on his back and so didn't break the egg. Sometime later, the three build a nest for the egg and Minilla heard a faint cry from the egg when putting his ear to it, then deciding to watch over the egg as his brothers returned home. He named the egg "Eggy" (タマゴくん) and embraced the egg as the sun began to set.
A flashback to Rodan flying overhead was shown at the end of the episode.
"Godzilla Fest 2019 Show"
Though Radon did not appear in the Godziban performance that took place during the 2019 Godzilla Fest, his puppet did appear in the opening montage of the episode.
"Son of Minilla"
While Minilla slept with Eggy, lightning struck the top of a rock formation nearby and the Dorats appeared, having time-travelled to the past in search of an egg to eat. They spotted Minilla protecting the egg and demanded he give it to them though he refused and chose to protect his friend from them. The Dorats then decided to take the egg by force and used their Dorat Psychokinesis ability to take the egg from him though he grabbed the egg and refused to let go even as the trio used their psychokinesis to repeatedly beat him against the floor and blast him with gravity beams. While Minilla eventually collapsed from this cliff, the Dorats were thankfully forcefully returned to the future as their three-minute time limit was exhausted. Minilla regained consciousness the next sunrise and noticed Eggy was stil there and returned it to the nest, at which point it hatched into Radon. The two watched the sunrise and were joined by Minilla's brothers, with Little recognising him as a member of the Rodan species thanks to Grandpa Zilla. Radon approved of being called "Radon" and the three laughed when Radon embraced Minilla and called him "Mommy".
"The Godzilla Who Came on Christmas Eve!"
Radon was briefly seen in a Christmas animation at the start of the episode.
"Fly Towards the Future!"
Minilla was playing with Radon, and the two both ate Meganulon-shaped plants. They saw a paper airplane go by and were soon joined by Godzilla-kun and Little, who caught the airplane. The three brothers discussed the fact that Radon should be able to fly, so Minilla decided to help him learn to fly. The two approached a cliff and Radon jumped off of it, but failed to take flight and instead plummeted to the ground below. Minilla ran down the slope and carried Radon back to the top, where he tried again unsuccessfully. Suddenly, the Three Dorat Brothers appeared and attacked the two monsters, with Minilla shielding Radon from their electrical blasts. In order to protect his "mommy," Radon finally took flight and rammed into the Dorats, scattering them. Enraged, the Dorats combined into King Ghidorah and began blasting Minilla and Radon with their gravity beams. Minilla once again shielded Radon from the blasts until Godzilla-kun arrived and challenged Ghidorah. All of Godzilla-kun's monster allies soon assembled, including Radon, to take on Ghidorah together. They then all charged at the three-headed monster at once.
"Goodbye, Mommy"
Minilla stopped his daily training early to help Radon practice flying and they walked to a cliff where Radon attempted to fly but quickly plummeted to the ground. Minilla encouraged him and they returned home to feed on Meganulon-shaped plants with Minilla's brothers, vowing to practice again the next day. However, as they prepared the next day, the Dorats reappeared and announced their desire to eat Radon, who hid behind Minilla even despite Minilla's encouragement to fly at them like the previous time. This forced Minilla to shield Radon from their gravity beams and he collapsed as a result though thankfully the Dorats were scattered and forced to return to the future by a large flying monster: Rodan, Radon's older brother. Rodan and the Three Godzilla Brothers discussed Radon, with Rodan being grateful to Minilla for protecting and trying to raise Radon though he shocked them by asking for Radon to come with him. The Three Brothers and Radon insisted that he stay with Minilla though Rodan told them that Radon's wings were not strong enough as they needed to be warmed by Mount Aso's hot springs and was concerned over Minilla possibly not being able to truly protect Radon though he relented after Godzilla-kun told him to give Radon some time.
Later that night, the restless Minilla went for a night-time walk through the misty wastes, knowing Radon would follow him. Radon caught up to him but was upset after Minilla sternly told him to go away as he was interrupting his training and that he couldn't continue to raise him. Radon still attempted to follow him but tripped and could only watch Minilla train in the distance, with Rodan appearing and convincing Radon to come with him to Mount Aso. His back turned to them, tears welled in Minilla's eyes.
"Three Giant Monsters: The Hungriest One on Earth"
A week later, Rodan returned to Godzi Godzi Island from Mount Aso with a large basket of fruit which he gave to Godzilla-kun as a gift. They planned to share the food with Godzilla-kun's brothers, who were busy training, as well as Godzilla-kun's other monster friends but the Dorats reappeared and attempted to steal the basket of fruit, angering both Rodan and Godzilla-kun. When Moshu-Moshu appeared on the scene, the Dorats combined into King Ghidorah who blasted the three with gravity beams. Rodan baited King Ghidorah into following him before sharply turning around to headbutt him, causing them both to fall from the sky. Rodan hid behind a rock formation as he pondered how to deal with the menace until Godzilla-kun and Moshu-Moshu showed up to launch rocks at the dragon. As King Ghidorah fired gravity beams at the pair, Rodan leapt onto Ghidorah's back as he attacked the centre head with Godzilla-kun while Moshu-Moshu bit one of Ghidorah's tails. As Godzilla-kun struggled against King Ghidorah, Rodan noticed Moshu-Moshu fire silk at Ghidorah and offered to allow her to climb on his back and pelt Ghidorah with silk from the air. They did so and this provided a distraction for Godzilla-kun to throw Ghidorah into a nearby valley and beat him into a retreat with a large boulder and atomic breath. The trio watched him leave and Rodan returned home as Godzilla-kun enjoyed the fruit basket with Minilla, Little, Moshu-Moshu and Anguirus.
Hop! Step! Radon!
In this segment introduced in Season 4, Radon's time at the Mount Aso hot springs is highlighted, with Rodan helping his brother learn to fly.
