Stone Fist is a Great Ape who first appeared in the 2024 Legendary Pictures film, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire.
Name
Stone Fist is named in Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire - The Official Movie Novelization. His name is possibly derived from his death; Kong slams him against the stone ground and beats him with his fists.
Development
Like all of the known minor Great Apes sans Boots, Stone Fist was most likely modularly constructed.[2]
Design
Like his fellow Great Ape Catcher, Stone Fist resembles a gorilla. He dons red paint on his face and across his chest. He is slightly smaller than Kong.
Personality
Stone Fist was a merciless ape, stopping at nothing to kill Kong.
History

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire
Stone Fist ambushed Kong alongside Catcher and One-Eye after Suko lead him to them. After a brief struggle, Kong was able to shake the Great Apes off and even used Suko as a flail to knock Stone Fist and Catcher away as they attempted to charge him again. During this Kong-dominated clash, Stone Fist lunged at at Kong, only for the larger ape to beat him to death.

Physical capabilities
Alongside Catcher, Stone Fist was strong enough to pin Kong to the ground.
Intelligence
Stone Fist coordinated his assault on Kong with Suko, One-Eye, and Catcher.
Weaknesses
Kong repeatedly threw around the Great Apes in their fight. Kong managed to catch Stone Fist during a charge and proceeded to beat him to death with minimal effort.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire - The Official Movie Novelization
Kong was ambushed by Catcher, Stone Fist, and One-Eye after being led to them by Suko. After a Kong-dominated battle, Stone Fist met his end at Kong's hands.
Suko later recalled his selection by the Skar King to explore the upper layer of Hollow Earth after the Titan sensed when the sinkhole leading out of the Subterranean Realm opened up. Given a red stripe, he left with One-Eye, Stone Fist, Catcher, and the Skar King to investigate. The apes discovered and destroyed Monarch Outpost One before returning to the Subterranean Realm, discovering signs of Kong's presence along the way.
