"A Destined Encounter"

Omiya and all of his laboratory staff were hard at work on the V-Armor when his daughter Yoko brought her friend Takeshi Yamato to the lab to see it. She introduced him to the boy, and he promptly left to get back to work. later, after Takeshi was mugged by a mysterious transforming insect man and his gang, Omiya invited him back to the laboratory, where he shared with him a book about the miraculous yogi Deva Datta. Also in the book was a picture of Takeshi's long missing father, and so the boy decided to travel to India to seek answers from the yogi.

"Go! Warrior of Love"

In his dreams, Omiya was visited by the ancient sage Deva Datta, who bade him to complete the V-Armor to help Takeshi in the coming conflict. Dr. Omiya awoke and began to follow the yogi's wishes. Later, Yoko approached him in the laboratory with refreshments, and seemed concerned over his behavior.

"Fight! Rainbow Seven"

Omiya attended the press release and test of his colleague Dr. Toyama's experimental high-energy laser cannon, which delighted the gathered crowd. After the beam had obliterated several walls and a gigantic boulder, Omiya went forth to congratulate his friend. With the return of Takeshi Yamato from India, Omiya told him about Dongolos' history of inciting war and destruction among humans, and finally revealed to him the completed V-Armor he created on the orders of Deva Datta, Rainbow Seven.
