70 Years of Godzilla: A New Roar in Southeast Asia is a short film by Toho Entertainment Asia and Igloo Studio released on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by Toho YouTube channel to commemorate Godzilla’s 70th anniversary.

Plot

Godzilla is seen swimming in the distance behind the tall hills of Indonesia. He is shown passing next to the Waerebo village, swimming again, and coming ashore in the Indonesian province of Bali. In the next scene, Godzilla is rising out of the water in Bangkok, Thailand. The following shots show him roaring in various locations of Southeast Asia. Godzilla starts charging up and roaring again, this time radiating a green glow instead of the traditional blue.
